Following of my recent post and out the “most common concentration question that I am asked”
The second most common concentration related question that I’m asked is….
“What can I do to stay concentrating for longer?”
My response usually…..
Apart from making sure that you are feeling safe and secure inside yourself and you feel secure and contented where you are at the time….
You will need to calm down your entire body, your entire adrenal system, and tune down or switch off your impulses and primitive survival reflexes so that your attention can be focused on the task you want to concentrate on.
Then you will need to relax your mind so that you are not paying attention to stray thoughts, memories or worries when you want to be concentrating on the task in hand.
Next you will need to focus your entire brain and body’s participation on the task you want to concentrate on. I have found that the most efficient and effective way to do this is to set a SMARTER Goal that promises a significant reward that makes your entire system willing to engage and stay concentrating for longer.
All of this can be done literally with your eyes closed as I make it so easy for you with my simple step by step blueprint for Dynamic Concnetration* .
My approch To developing Dymanic Concentration effectively switches off distractions and switches on your deeper concentration and allows you to maintain your deeper concentration for longer than ever before, is resilient and can adapt immediately to changes in your environment so you’re your consciously focused attention is not interrupted!
